The wavelength options of our IR laser module, infrared laser line generator, or called Infrared laser module include 780nm, 808nm, 830nm, 850nm, 905nm, 940nm, 980nm, as well as VCSEL laser modules with DOE pattern or IR laser line generator.   Based on infrared laser diodes from 780nm to 980nm, we can change the laser diode, modify the laser power, beam diameter, focal distance, and also customize the mechanical dimensions of the IR laser module to fit your application.

• IR Line Laser Module, Infrared Line Laser Module

  Standard IR line laser modules are available in span angles of 30°, 60°, 90°, 120°. Both span angle and line width can be customized according to your requirements.

• VCSEL IR Laser Module

  The new VCSEL IR laser module can be customized for applications including laser sensing, high power infrared illumination, and laser heater systems.
